The terms
A flat rate
You earn 20% of every invoice a business you referred pays us in their first 12 months. Their plan and any extra minutes both count.
For their first year
Commission runs for the first 12 months of each customer you bring, then stops. It stops sooner if they leave.
Paid on what we collect
Commission is earned when an invoice is paid, not when it is raised. A yearly plan earns a twelfth of it each month.
Your rate is locked
The rate and the 12 month term are fixed on each referral when it is made. If we change the program later, the customers you already brought keep the terms you signed up on.

The fine print
- We approve partners by hand. Applying does not guarantee approval.
- Commission is paid on invoices we have collected in a customer's first 12 months, and stops sooner if they leave.
- A business can be referred once. Partner commission and the customer referral bonus do not stack.
- We agree a payout method with you before your first payment is due.
- Tax paperwork comes first for partners we pay in the United States.
- Do not bid on our brand name in paid search, and do not present yourself as CoveredLine.
Already a customer?
If you are pointing a business or two our way rather than building a channel, the referral bonus is the simpler of the two.
