Calendar sync
Google Calendar, or Apple iCloud, Fastmail and Nextcloud over CalDAV. The receptionist reads real availability and writes bookings, reschedules and cancellations back. A read-only .ics feed works too, for a calendar that cannot accept a write.
Zapier
A private Zapier app over REST hooks, for new leads, lead status changes, bookings created, rescheduled or cancelled, new messages and completed calls.
Outbound webhooks
Signed HMAC webhooks for the same events, with automatic retries and a delivery log in your dashboard.
Data export and API
A read-only API plus CSV or JSON export for your leads, calls, messages and bookings. Call transcripts and voicemail text are never included.
No per-app connectors to maintain. Zapier and the webhooks above reach whatever you already use.
