Questions
Does the trial need a card?
Yes. You add a card at checkout and nothing is charged for 7 days. Your number is provisioned as soon as checkout completes. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.
What happens when I use all my minutes?
Calls keep being answered. Extra minutes are $0.35 each. You get an alert at 80% of your included minutes and again at 100%.
Can I cap what I spend?
Yes. Set a monthly limit in Settings. Once you reach it, new callers go to your transfer number or voicemail until the next month. A call in progress always finishes. Set it to $0 to never pay for extra minutes.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. Switching to annual applies today and credits the unused part of your month. Switch from your billing page any time.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from your billing page. Upgrades take effect today and are charged pro rata. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your billing page. Your receptionist keeps answering until the end of the period you have paid for.
Which languages does it speak?
Several, and it switches mid-call when a caller changes language. Choose which to enable in Settings.
Do I keep my existing number?
Yes. Forward your current number to the one we provision and callers see no change.
Is call recording on?
No. It is off by default. When you turn it on, every call opens with a recording notice. Some states require all-party consent, so check the law where your callers are.
