Looking for a Dialzara alternative?

Dialzara is one of the closest matches to us: an AI-only receptionist with a taller plan ladder. What separates the two is what the cheapest plan actually does. On their current pricing table, calendar sync, bilingual answering and warm transfers all start at the $99 Business Pro plan; ours are on the $29 Solo. Their overage runs $0.35-0.48/min by plan, and their $349 Business Elite plan lists $0.35; ours is $0.35/min flat on every tier, from the $29 Solo up.

Dialzara

Modeled from Dialzara's own published pricing page (verified September 13, 2026) and CoveredLine's own pricing, rounded to the nearest dollar; average call length assumed at 3 minutes per caller.

Why CoveredLine.

One overage rate, on every plan

Dialzara lists $0.48/min on the $29 Business Lite plan, $0.45 on the $99 Business Pro, $0.40 on the $199 Business Plus and $0.35 on the $349 Business Elite. Ours is $0.35/min flat, from the $29 Solo up.

The whole job on the cheapest plan

Our $29 Solo answers, books into your real calendar, texts your callers, transfers urgent calls, and answers in multiple languages, switching between them mid-call. Dialzara’s current pricing table includes calendar sync, bilingual answering and warm transfers from its $99 Business Pro plan.

Your own calendar, native two-way

We read and write your real calendar on every paid plan - Google, or Apple iCloud, Fastmail and Nextcloud over CalDAV - so the receptionist offers only genuinely open slots and a caller can reschedule or cancel on the phone. Dialzara lists calendar sync (Google/Outlook) from its $99 Business Pro plan.

Private by design

Call recording is off by default with a spoken consent notice; texting stays in the transactional TCPA lane; every business’s data is row-isolated; transcripts are never used to train models.

On pricing

Dialzara: $29 Business Lite (60 min, $0.48/min overage), $99 Business Pro (220 min, $0.45), $199 Business Plus (500 min, $0.40), $349 Business Elite (1,000 min, $0.35); their comparison table starts warm transfers, after-hours escalation, bilingual answering and calendar sync at Business Pro. AI SMS is $19/mo + $0.05/message standalone; their website chatbot bundles free with any voice plan, at 100 free sessions/month then $0.15 per extra session ($39/mo standalone). Ours: $29 (150 min), $69 (350 min), $129 (650 min) and $199 (1,000 min), all with booking, human transfer and caller texting, $0.35/min overage. Both: 7-day trials.

The verdict

On paper the two products do the same job. The difference is where the features sit: their pricing table puts calendar booking, bilingual answering and warm transfers on the $99 Business Pro plan, while ours are on the $29 Solo - and our flat $0.35/min overage is the rate their pricing table lists on the $349 Business Elite plan. If you want the complete receptionist job at the lowest floor, we hold that line.
