The verdict

Rosie's entry plan costs less per month and meters minutes; Smith.ai's entry plan costs more and meters calls. A business with many short calls spends less against a per-minute plan; a business with fewer, longer calls may find a flat per-call rate easier to predict. Rosie includes in-call booking only from its $149 Scale plan; Smith.ai's Pro plan books through scheduling integrations.
