Smith.ai AI Receptionist: Pro from $150/mo (75-300 calls at $1.67-2.00/call, overage $2.17-2.50/call), Enterprise from $500/mo (300-500 calls at $1.60-1.67/call, overage $2.10-2.17/call, custom AI prompting). Rosie publishes a 7-day free trial; Smith.ai publishes a Free plan (25 calls/mo, then $3.00/call) rather than a trial.
The verdict
Rosie's entry plan costs less per month and meters minutes; Smith.ai's entry plan costs more and meters calls. A business with many short calls spends less against a per-minute plan; a business with fewer, longer calls may find a flat per-call rate easier to predict.
